RED Academy prioritize academics as a part of the student-athlete experience.

Technical Director Peter Mackie and Club Head Coach Stuart Mackie currently run the Mens and Womens Varsity programs at Conestoga College in Kitchener. Prior to joining the Condors Peter spent 16 years as the Head Coach of the Waterloo Warriors of the OUA and USPORTS. 

During their time coaching in both the OUA and OCAA, Peter and Stuart have built numerous personal relationships with coaches in both divisions. These connections have become vital tools in their efforts to graduate players into post-secondary sports.

RED staff work with players to plan and work towards college and university opportunities.

RED teams attend showcase events in Ontario and USA to give athletes opportunities to impress coaches and scouts.
